Gorgeous Fit and Flair Short Burgundy Dress

This is such a stunning dress, it is brand new, with tags, never worn. It is burgundy, has an embroidered top, v-neckline, short see through sleeves, with a zipper back. The bottom is chiffon, faux wrap around skirt with a flair. Size 20W, 22 p2p, 38"shoulder to hemline, 21" waist to hem, 11.75" shoulder to end of sleeve.
