Turquoise style ring. 7 1/2

Large Round Turquoise style ring. Filagree around the outside with 4 smaller stones. A purple, blue, green and yellow. small circle stones in a square shape around the circle. Pretty blues and gold in center stone. Don't know if it is real or lab created. I believe it's a 7 1/2.
