Rolla Coster Striped Faux Wrap Dress Size Medium

Really cute faux wrap short sleeved dress. V neck in front with decorative tie detail. The bottom half of the dress is more of a true wrap look. I think it’s black and white but might be really dark navy - looks black to me. Worn and washed literally once. No care tag on the garment. Smoke free/pet friendly home.
