Vintage long sleeves dress size L

This is a gray dress with blue patterning. It zips up the back. It has an elastic waist with belt loops. No belt included. Looks great with many different styles of belts. The pleating around the collar looks feminine. See weakened area near zipper and check it out, pockets! It says 12 but since it is vintage, please look at the measurements. Box3
