I'm listing these gorgeous American Eagle flowy shorts. They have a high waist with a very cute ruffle trim at the top and a fabric belt to tie at the front. The color is black with a ditsy, daisy print throughout and has front buttons for added detail. There is no stretch to the material but is so flowy and flattering. Looks like a mini skirt but with all the coverage of shorts.
