NWT WHBM Black and White Modern Floral Dress

This is a super cute dress that I bought years ago, and now it’s too small for me. The satin lining is super soft, and at the skirt, there is additional lining between the satin lining and the outer fabric to give it a bit more bounce. The floral pattern is modern, but the fit/style is a bit retro. It has small belt loops that can be cut off (which is what I would have done if I had remembered to wear it before it became too small), but I don’t have a belt for it. Message if you have questions!
