This skirt is adorable! It may be reversible, but the fabric is basically the same except at the very top. There is one defect, like maybe heat got to a spot on the bottom of the skirt, it isnt noticable with the pleats though Measurements are taken laying flat: Size: unknown Waist: 13" Hip: 19" Length: 26" All items come from a smoke free, pet friendly home.
