is this jacket the exact same as the royal blue one you have? it looks like the blue that below the buttons on the sleeves that it is open a little at the bottom like it would be if you unbuttoned a shirt at the bottom?

@bmccaleb the buttons are a gunmetal color, you are correct there is a slit maybe about 2 inches long. the is not a white spot on the jacket that is a glare from the window.
