Urban Outfitters White Crop Top With Long Tie

Pretty crop top with raised dots on material. Very good used condition, some of the dots appear more puckered than others..see last photo but do not show when top is on. Top has a lot of stretch. Long wrap around tie gives it extra style. Very good used condition.
