marucasal2205@sr212 I'm pretty sure it's glued on...but some maybe like to take it off and decorate their own hats... I have a friend that takes her blow dryer out and melts the glue off everything ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚she likes to do her own thing๐Ÿ˜‚
