I bought this bag from a posh seller, one handle was completely broken off. So I took it to my 30 yr shoe/bag Certified repair man, and as he showed me, the entire metal attachment had snapped. He's try to find the original from Gucci, but I will be stuck for another $50.00, minimum.

Don't get me wrong, I know! I have had Gucci purses for ever. I know the shoe repair guy, been around 20+ years. But I think he is sort of gouging me. Had to pay 30.00 up front, and then he said " I may not be able to get the part!! They're not a 57 Chevy!!!
