Sz 12 Black Floral Cocktail Dress by CDC Evening

Fully lined black floral polyester print in an empire waist dress with a flippy skirt and spaghetti straps. Marked a size 14 in women's, but I believe it fits like a size 12 women's or a size 11/13 in juniors. Retro dress in excellent condition. See last two photos for bust and length measurements.
