Dark seafoam green velvet skirt bought on Modcloth. New with Tags. Comes with belt. Has pockets, zipper back, with elastic back too. It's not a smooth velvet, it's crinkled. A-line. Color is more seafoam than photos from modcloth website, much more muted/desaturated.
