This Women's Forever 21 skirt is in EUC, excellent used condition. This skirt is from the mid 90s/ealy 2000s. It is a lined Midi skirt size large in the color light blue with a geometric pattern throughout the fabric in different shades of blue. This skirt does also have a silver sparkle/sheen to it as well. Super cute hi-low cut to the hem as well. It's high and low on the sides of both the front and back. Minor signs of wear include some loose threads and possible fading on the material.
