NWT Black Lace Up Boots with Zipper and Decorative Strap - 3 Inch Heels

Bought from Ross. Size 8. NWT - Never worn! These are beautiful black boots made from leather like material (tag doesn't indicate actual material). They are 3 inch heels. They lace up the front but have zippers on the inside sides to actually get them on and off. They also have a unique decorative strap to cover and protect the laces where you tie the knot. Very unique and sets these boots apart from others. The decorative strap connects to the side with 2 buckles as well.
