Vintage 90's Umgee Blue Floral Embroidered Flowy Peplum Sleeveless Crop Top M

This top is made out of flowy, airy, and dreamy soft light blue 100% rayon fabric. It has a rounded neckline, flowy peplum cut, is slightly cropped, and has a cute little button with key hole opening underneath in the back. I personally think that the best part of this top is the colorful and incredibly detailed floral embroidery throughout the piece. Flirty, feminine, and cute. Circa 1990' and is excellent vintage condition with only a few loose strings that are hard to notice while worn as shown.
