This is a New without tags dress. It was bought at a boutique and came without tags. I actually bought 2 of these for family pics just to make sure it got here on time and I had to go a whole new route for colors. This is a gorgeous dress. Sleeves are light enough for summer but can transition to fall with a cute jean jacket, boots and cowboy hat ๐Ÿค  It is multi neutral colored so it goes with so much! Belt not included. Measures from shoulder to bottom 35โ€ and armpit to armpit 20โ€. It has an elastic waist so it is pretty forgiving!!!
