This is a New without tags dress. It was bought at a boutique and came without tags. I actually bought 2 of these for family pics just to make sure it got here on time and I had to go a whole new route for colors. This is a gorgeous dress. Sleeves are light enough for summer but can transition to fall with a cute jean jacket, boots and cowboy hat ๐ค It is multi neutral colored so it goes with so much! Belt not included. Measures from shoulder to bottom 35โ and armpit to armpit 20โ. It has an elastic waist so it is pretty forgiving!!!
