This skirt was a special find for me to say the least. I am really not sure I can let this one go! The condition is excellent and the look is very unique. I would say it is perfect with zero known flaws. There are three layers (outer shell, tulle, lining). There is a waistband that is close to 2" thick which then becomes beautiful, fun pleats. The slight pleating gathers the fabric in such a way that the skirt has a slight "tutu" feel to it (but not exaggerated). This creates a wonderful and fun silhouette that is very unique for St. John. There is a side zipper and a clasp at the top. APPROXIMATE MEASUREMENTS: Waist: 14" flat Length: 24.5" I am 5' 5" and this skirt falls right above my knees.
