High end brand Phase Eight color block A-line midi skirt with side hook+eye zipper closure. Fully lined in cream cotton crinoline. This skirt is so gorgeous, with its black waist, hem, and center panels and color blocks of cream and a saturated, vibrant emerald / kelly green that's almost teal. Has just a teeny bit of fading, eg along the bottom hem. 100% cotton, Made in India Hand wash or dry clean. Tag size 16 but UK sizing so more like a 12/14; see measurements: Waist ~17" afross laying flat, ~34" circumference (waist has no stretch to it) Length ~24.5"
