@pattismith55 it has elastic at natural waistline but fabric is not stretchy. It fits me on top 34DD, but probably not a lot bigger. I only tried on once while in closet and decided I wanted to go longer in length. I usually wear a M but I think this fits true to size. Hope this is helpful! Happy to measure whatever you need 😊
