Black floral stretchy smocked ruffle dress M/L NWT

Gorgeous long-sleeve mini dress in a black ditsy floral print. Brand is "A Love Like You" from South Moon Under. Brand new with tags. Has stretchy smocking and sheer ruffles, sheer puffed sleeves at shoulders. Can be worn on or off shoulder. The model pics are stock photos from SMU website to show the fit on a model. I did try this on but it was too tight across the bicep area on me and there's no stretch in that part. I'm usually a L/XL in dresses. Tag size is Large but it could also fit someone who wears a Medium.
