Nine West Dress

This evening dress is elegant! Worn only once. Measured flat, pit to pit is 14 inches, waist is 14, neck to waist is 11 and waist to bottom hem is 26. The straps connect in back with covered buttons, each measuring 9.5 inches. Beadwork looks good, in front but there is a little beed that needs tightening in back. See photo.
