Vintage Yellow Pleat Dress

Vintage dress has no tags -would guess handmade from cotton or blend. Lace trim down front and at sleeve cuffs. Cute slight puffed shoulders and fully pleated skirt. Great notched collat and double row of moonglow star buttons at front. Buttons are not functionsal but have snaps sewn behind outer row for closure. A few small light brownish spots here and there but no other issues. Have not tried to treat/remove. Unlined with large hem at skirt so can be made longer if you choose. Shown on S model -sale is dress only. Belt sold in separate listing. Bought for self but never worn and this treasure should be out and about! Fabric does not have stretch.
