Vintage Cute Colorful Shiny Clown

He is very cute and has no cracks or chips. On the red of his nose and his hands are some white spots. I am not sure if the red is rubbed off due to age or if it is the way it was painted. Just seems to be painted that way because there are two on each hand in similar places. But it does not take away from the cuteness!
