Is th waist elastic and pulls up over the hips? It doesn’t actually button or unwrap?

@shell61682 There is a zipper in the back and no elastic or buttons. It doesn't fully unwrap. I would be worried about it coming apart otherwise!

Dang! Is it stretchy at all? I have several wrap skirts that button to one side first, then you wrap around and tie (or button again)

What are the inches across, of the waist?

@shell61682 There is a small amount of stretch. Laid flat it is 14 inches, and with tension, it goes to 14.5.
