Vintage 1970's Figure Skating Dress

Handmade Navy Blue with Silver Trim. Scoop neck style ladies figure skating dress. There is no size as its handmade. I'm guessing it's a size medium to large. Sleeves are about 23 1/2 inches. Pit to pit is 17 inches. Shoulder to bottom of skirt is 27 inches. Top of skirt to bottom of Skirt is about 7 3/4 inches. Scoop neck to where top of skirt is 13 1/2 inches.
