this may be best on a slightly petite girl of a size 32B or C to perhaps a 34B or C. (i am 5'8" and it was a little hard to slip on over my head and arms due to my shoulder measurements.)

@frazierbarb this is also of a smaller band size, 32B or C, or 34B or C (the fitted bodice makes it better for a slightly fuller figure thru th cups area)
