Vintage Black Scarab Choker & Earrings

This striking Mazer Brothers choker and earring set has black glass scarabs and a rhodium plated setting. The choker is 16" long when fully extended and cleverly designed with a slight tilt so it adapts to the body rather than sitting flat. The choker has 14 scarabs, all prong-set and in perfect condition. It has a foldover clasp. The clip on earrings each have one black glass scarab matching the choker. Both the earrings and necklace are marked "Mazer Bros"(I've tried to get a picture of the signature on the earrings). The scarabs are a little over .50" wide and .75" long. This set is in excellent vintage condition with all the hardware working and gleaming. The Mazer Brothers famously worked together until they didn't. The "Mazer Bros" name went out of use in the 1950s. All jewelry is sent in a presentation box at no additional charge. Please note: This is a choker.
