Petsafe brand harness in XS size. Elastic bands at the neck allow for easier off and on. Adjustable buckles on each side of the back allow for a very customized fit. Leash ring at the back to apply less stress to the throat area, and there's a handle to allow you to be able to easily and quickly scoop your pup up. Sadly, mine outgrew this before we ever used it so it's brand new with without tags. No stains rips or tears, perfect condition. Body is mesh underneath and heavy nylon for long wear on the top. Measurements. Length from where it fits around the dogs neck straight back is 9.5" Neck circumference 12" Largest it will let out to fit around the barrel is 22.5" Smallest it will go around the barrel is 18.5"
