@stylish_alexa You’re right a US 7.5 is usually a 38, however, the shoe itself says 38 1/2 which translates to 7.5-8 US. I’m a true 7.5 and it fits just right (would not recommend for a size 8). I have wide feet and it was a bit uncomfortable if I wore them for too long, just something to consider if you also have wider feet.
