This dress is a true show stopper! Vintage Black Tie by He-Ro Industries. The jewel and beadwork is so unique. There are some areas of missing beads but this is still in nice shape. Comes with shoulder pads and removable breast pads. This dress offers such an ethereal look. The open back is beautiful. Silk lining does have some marks I did not try to get out. Vintage Size 8.
