Cameo pendant and brooch 3” by 2 1/4”

I purchased this in Boca Raton Florida twenty eight years ago in an upscale resale designer clothing boutique I think someone had it reconstructed I loved it and wore it many times I have not had it tested It appears to have a couple of things going on that make me believe they added the bale so it could be worn on a wire or heavy chain Also the frame is very different from the oval gold frame around the cameo itself It’s like it’s encased in a second frame and the one around the the cameo looks like it’s real gold I don’t have a tester
