Super cute strapless, buffalo print dress with tule skirt to fluff out skirt bottom. New with tags! Bought a juniors medium as it fit me, I wear a woman’s small. Bust is darted slightly to fit over the bust, and back is elastic for some stretch. Has tie belt for front or back. Never worn. Approximately 26 1/2 inches from top to bottom. Pet and smoke free home.
