Relisted -Vintage 14k gold locket pearls heart flower GCJ George Carter jessop

Very beautiful vintage locket made of solid 14k yellow gold, with a row of real white pearls. The center has an engraved flower. The other side is plain gold, with a subtle crosshatch texture. The heart shaped locket compartment has some depth to store a photo or a small keepsake like a baby tooth. The hinge is tight and the locket snaps shut and stays shut securely. It is reversible- you can wear the pearl side or the plain gold side facing out. The bail loop is signed 14k GCJ, the makers hallmark of George Carter Jessop. Also signed inside the locket lid "14k". This is a really well made locket, heirloom quality. (locket pendant only, no chain. Measures approx 1.25" from top of bail loop to bottom point of locket. It's in very nice preowned conditon.
