Black coated leather satchel by Kate Spade with three inner pockets-two closed with magnetic clasps, and the middle is more like a zippered pouch. Has short handles and a longer strap that can be removed. About 12" wide at the bottom, and 10" tall. Only used it a couple of times, has been in storage in its dustbag and shows pretty much no signs of wear.
