antcam@jencunningham40 - you are right in the middle.. you can either go both ways.. ..for example .. I'm size 10 with D-cup I got a Large for me . but I just tried on the Medium and the vest is snug and that's wearing a t-shirt under ,, they do stretch if you are thinking of wearing it zipped up.. the size is 21 inches wide. is meant to be oversize, but it looks nice either way. if I wear the medium open , it looks really nice and it doesn't look small on me. hope this helps.
