Vintage Vicky Vaughn fit-and-flare dress with extra-wide collar and optional stretchy belt. The dress is light blue, with a white notched collar and surplice neckline. The detachable wise belt is navy blue elastic with a shiny red rectangular buckle. Lightweight fabric.
This is a true vintage piece, so it may show some signs of age, but is in good shape. No stains or tears visible.
