New Ruffle Butts Bikini with hat

The bikini is brand new without tags. I purchased the hat separately and used it a couple of times. Size is 3-6 months. The color is a true pale/powder pink with light blue stripes. There is a small spot of discoloration on the hat but in pictures it looked worse than it is. In person you can’t even tell.
