Black scarf/wrap by WHBM

This fancy wrap is definitely different and can be used to dress up or down. Tag is missing but the wide shiny ends feel like sateen and the soft middle section feels like rayon or a rayon blend. Measures 70" long x 20" wide, nice for a shoulder wrap. EUC.
