Sheer shirt has a floral design and hidden button placket. There are feminine bell sleeves and attached belt ties you could tie in the front or back. There is no care tag but I believe the blouse to be 100% polyester and suggested care would be wash cold delicate cycle and dry on low setting or hang to dry.
