Hello! Can you please advise if the length measurement was taken as the total length of the shirt to include the top collar or if was taken from the base of the collar/top shoulder?

Also, the first picture shows the shirt has a sort of squiggly line on it around the middle of the shirt, maybe like a pen mark possibly? Or is the mark something else?

Sorry, the line is more towards the bottom of the shirt (front of shirt).

@gotoledo77 Although the squiggly line not an ink stain just poor photography on my part I did notice twin very tiny spots on the front so I removed the listing. Sorry for any inconvenience and my slow response. I just saw your questions!
