Ro + De Tie- Neck Top is on the longer side but it covers the rear. The top has pleats in the center of the top. It has a cap shoulder short sleeve. Bottom of blouse has a large ruffle to it. Armpit to armpit laying flat: 19” Length from neckline: 29”
