Elie Tahari Embroidered Cotton Skirt, Sz 8 100% cotton (both skirt and lining). Barely off-white with grass green embroidery. Side zip. Skirt has 2 loops at sides for a belt, but I bought this at a discount because the belt was missing (no one ever noticed this when I wore it with a blazer or even without!). Waist is 15" (double = 30" waist size), length is 19.5". Skirt is a slight A-line - not slim straight down like a pencil skirt, not flared as much as a typical A-line.
