ashapses331 @nikoavaalen I will post appraisal in a sec... did not realize it wasn't there .. the paperwork inmlastblic is an "appraisal certificate" however, I can get an updated hand written one as well from a local jewel..just costs me an additional $30 that's y I don't have one already..sorry but hope this helps a little? thx again n happy e! 😊🙏
