RARE Jeffrey Campbell Heels

i have never seen these shoes before and havent been able to find any information on them. they are black leather size 8 jeffrey campbells. they have hair braided across the toe and ankle. the left shoe has loose hair that needs to be repaired. im unsure what adhesive to use so ive never attempt. they are otherwise in new with defects condition. the heel is 4 inches high
