Bebe Beige strapless mini dress

This was used for a dance formal event. No rips nor tears. Has piling after desinfecting. Has been stored and needs new home. Please see pictures. It is stretchy and comfortable but at the same time stays put on top due to latex band feel. Bebe brand size Large. Color light tan, beige or cream bone. Great for a wedding or other dress up event! Cute classic vintage vibes. Would recommend size 10.
