Adorable vintage Betsy Johnson black lace party dress with one removable and adjustable strap to create a unique halter top effect. Corset boning at the top, skirt is multi-layer lined with polyester and tulle that give the iconic Betsy Johnson party dress look. Only wore twice, very well cared and well loved dress in excellent condition.
