shopjamwest @isiscosta120 Yes a size small person, yes. There is some strength and a waist elastic band. 100% Nylon Mesh Sequins the tag reads. The size is a medium but fits like a small.

shopjamwest @mrssamps blac and the label reads 100% nylon and mesh sequins. In regards to your other question, I would say reg to high rise but definitely not low rise.
