NWT Gray and white striped one shoulder dress with single ruffle top. The gray has a slightly bluish tinge in my opinion but that may just be an effect from the stripes. Elastic at waist and at neckline. Fully lined. The fabric is a bit textured, gives it a slightly rustic look. Very cute.
Flat measurements:
Length 36”, that’s flat, probably an inch or two shorter since the top puffs a bit
Bust 14”, but stretchy
