NWT Gray and white striped one shoulder dress with single ruffle top. The gray has a slightly bluish tinge in my opinion but that may just be an effect from the stripes. Elastic at waist and at neckline. Fully lined. The fabric is a bit textured, gives it a slightly rustic look. Very cute.
