Brand new w/ tag, never worn. Has light flaws as pics show. Came that way when I bought it. Cape is velcroed on as pics show. Stretchy. Chest: 21" wide stretches to 27". Color is black as tag states in pic. I believe this is a men's, possibly a men's junior... I'm not sure the tag does not specify so please do not hold me to it and please look at measurements. .
